Cunningham Street

The house was first built in 1972 and was designed by renowned architect Wayne Gillespie.

Preserving the building fabric, the house is replanned to enable the occupants to spend time both together and separately, while retaining the spatial fluidity of the existing layout.

This openness preserves views throughout the site, achieving a sense of expansiveness on a constrained site, while providing opportunities for intimate connections with the landscape.
